Pete Dame

Pete is an experienced executive encompassing twenty-six years of senior account management and sales; twenty-two of operations and customer service management across multiple disciplines: database, fitness, CRM, telephony, manufacturing, and financial. Having degrees in English and Business, he has led both medium and large-scale enterprises. His background has provided extensive experience in account management and sales, contract negotiation, consulting, profit-and-loss monitoring, and managing sensitive client relationships.
He is a skilled communicator, self-starter, and problem solver. He is a successful contributor with effective leadership, team building, and troubleshooting expertise. He has worked with numerous companies such as AC Nielsen, EDS, DUN & Bradstreet, Nautilus Health and Fitness, Transfirst and Intrado.

Phil Hodge
Senior Technical and Operation Manager

Phil is a seasoned corporate senior management executive with a rich technical background. Having degrees in Physics and Economics he has led both medium and large Fortune 500 scale enterprises. His background ranges from leading organizations supplying solutions to the military, aeronautical, aerospace, medical and chemical industries. His experience has ranged from supporting start-ups as their COO to running and growing mature ventures.
He has been intimately involved in negotiating entity sales to public companies as well as raising funds for new ventures. He has worked with numerous companies such as Northrup, Motorola, Intel, National Semi-Conductor, Teledyne, Dow Chemical, Beckman Instruments and many others. His insights have been instrumental in the growth of, technical variation/viability options and risk assessments to enhance venture strategic plans and their implementation.

Jim believes that experience is the best teacher. Having entered the accounting field in 1976, Jim has spent his career simplifying the complex world of numbers.  He knows that behind every tax return or financial statement is a person or a business with a unique story. After nearly five decades in the industry, Jim remains passionate about helping build a solid foundation and planning for a secure future.

Dave Sizemore

David is a seasoned innovator and the CEO of CleanSmart Technologies LLC, bringing over 50 years of deep-sector expertise to the water restoration and textile care industries. Since beginning his career in 1972, David has been a first-hand witness to the evolution of cleaning science. His tenure in the field sparked a realization that while cleaning chemistry continued to advance, the mechanical equipment used by professionals had largely stagnated.
Driven by a mission to end this technical plateau, David focuses on the dual development of cutting-edge chemistry and revolutionary extraction hardware. He is the inventor of the patent-pending Hydro-Eddy, a portable water extraction machine designed to bridge the gap between power and mobility. By packing the recovery strength of a truck-mounted unit into a portable frame, David has enabled technicians to bring elite-level performance to high-rises and limited-access environments that were previously unreachable.
Under his leadership, CleanSmart Technologies is redefining the "science of clean" by providing rugged, high-performance tools and chemistry that increase efficiency and set new standards for the modern restoration and cleaning professional.
